Dark Parables is a promising series with the advantages of EXTREMELY beautiful graphics! Rise of the Snow Queen set in a breathtaking Snow Mountains with gorgeous scenery and charming palace. Every scenes in this game are just so amazingly created, you will get stunned in every new scenes you visit. The story being told first seems to be a dark and ominous story of Snow Queen but it turns out to be a tragedy instead. The story is really intense, it's a well mixed of many fairy tales e.g. The Princess and the Frog, Snow White etc. You could also collect parables to reveal additional stories. It's a Fragment Object game which means you need to find fragments of objects instead of finding objects guided by a list of items. Interactions in the game are mostly unlocking doors, finding keys and amulets not much of clearing ways, cutting things like in most HOGs. Puzzles in this game are weak though, they're fun but repetitive. The Bonus Chapter brings you a new story of Hansel and Gratel which was also really well done. All in all, Dark Parables 3 is a stunning game full with fantastic moments that you don't want to missed.
