Mystery Heritage: Sign of the Spirit is a new game from Urse Games, and we believe it's the first effort from them for a Hidden Object Adventure game! Mystery Heritage: Sign of the Spirit has a pretty standard, same old story, you take the role of a detective to investigate a cursed family which believed that it's the witch revenge, your main objective is surely to investigate the case and stop the witch! Isn't that what we've all heard before? Well, most of the aspects in this game are also not really interesting, all of that we've seen before. The HOG scenes are not interactive and are relatively easy and you have to go through each of them twice. Puzzles are typical type, din't said that they're not fun, just that we expected something more creative. There're also a lot of back and forth going on, but no map that allow you to jump from place to place? Sometimes it's just very annoying to keep walking from place to place. As this is a Collector's Edition game, some trophies, awards, achievements or collectibles might be a good addition, however, this game offers not much as extras except from the standard ones. Anyway, this game has some good aspects as well. On the other hand, Mystery Heritage is quite entertaining. It has gorgeous graphics, colors are vivid and they're not blurry or grainy! Characters' movements are also very natural ans smooth, not jerky as we've seen in most of the games. Voice overs are also emotional and sound lively, well done on those aspects! All in all, Mystery Heritage is not a bad game at all but it needs some more special features to make the game stand out, after all, it's still a solid game!
