The Agency of Anomalies: The Last Performance is the latest addition to the famous The Agency of Anomalies game series! The Last Performance starts with a car crash, just what we expected from a ghostly-themed Adventure game. Although the plot offers us nothing really new, the story about the theater and the supernatural performers is really interesting and makes us want to keep playing the game. For the graphics aspect, they're great, crisp and clear, all scenes are very polished as well. Music suits the game very well as well as the sound effects which are really well made. The Hidden Object scenes are creative and comes in three different types from standard list-type, finding silhouettes and place the objects back into their places! Puzzles, however, not so entertaining, even some of them are unique but we have to play many of the puzzles repetitively over and over again, it feels a little tedious. In addition, to its main game, you also have several different powers to use. Unfortunately, these special powers can only be use if the game wants you to use them, you can't just use them anywhere that you found suitable, a little lack of logic? There're also collectibles to collect, in this game, you can collect 31 records which scattered throughout the game. What we like about the game is the humorous and sarcastic comments in the game, a very nice touch in this gloomy game! The major downside of the game is that there's a lot of backtracking, since there's no map, you either have to use the hint as a guideline or spending ages find your way to your destination. The length of the game is very long, and the Bonus Chapter is very decent. On the other hand, the Bonus Content is quite thin, it contains replayable mini games, sketches, strategy guide and achievements, we would like to see some more contents in it, even the classic wallpapers, screensavers and soundtracks. The Agency of Anomalies: The Last Performance is a really great game, it's a very polished one too. It might not be the best, but still well worth your time playing!
